Speck Confiserie

For connoisseurs of fine confectionary.

The Speck Confiserie was founded in 1895 and is now led by the 4th generation of the family of owners. Since the outset it has dedicated itself to making confectionary creations for perfect enjoyment.
In addition to this, the company is very much involved in the area, using only local ingredients for its regional specialities. This means that its "Zuger Kirschtorte" (Zug Cherry cake) is made only with kirsch produced in Zug , just as its" Kirschstängelis" (kirsch-filled chocolate liqueurs), "Chriesigloggen" (chocolate bells with cherry filling - with or without alcohol), and "Zugerli" ( macarons fourés) are too.
Demonstrations of how Zug Kirschtorte is made and what ingredients go into them have been held for many years now. All you need do is book in advance.
