Homeopathic Garden

With no fewer than 120 homeopathic plants.

This homeopathic garden, the first of its kind in Switzerland, was inaugurated at 51 Steinhauserstrasse in the summer of 2005 and made open to the public.
This garden, with some 120 plants arranged according to their areas of homeopathic application, is not just a source of plants for homeopaths and horticulturists but also provides school pupils with an insight into this type of treatment. What also can be seen is a rose of a most delicate colour and unforgettable smell especially cultivated to commemorate the founder of homeopathy, Dr Hahnemann.
The SHI Homeopathic Garden can be visited at all times, even without a guide as documentation is available explaining all about the parts of the plants used to make homeopathic treatments and their area of application. Then there is a test nature trail providing further details.
