Highlights of the Einsiedeln Area

Anyone seeking rest and relaxation will find what they want in the Einsiedeln area just as much as those seeking sporting or cultural activity.

Summer
Why not get to know the beauty of the Einsiedeln area through its huge network of paths? The 250-km cycling route network is equally impressive and the Sihlsee lake is perfect for bathing and surfing.

Winter
With 100 kms of prepared cross-country ski runs, both small and large skiing areas, the opportunity to go ice-skating at the Brüel rink, 60 kms of winter hiking routes and sledging runs, there is something for everyone here. What is rather special is the chance to go natural ice skating on the Sihlsee lake in the Euthal. You just need to know when clearance for ice skating is given.
