Family Sunday at the Museum Burg Zug

Young and old alike can look forward to a varied Sunday centred around the theme of ‘Garden’. In addition to a large handicraft workshop and plant corner (10.00-16.00 h), a scavenger hunt (10.00-16.00 h) for the whole family and a Kamishibai storytelling theatre for the youngest visitors (11.30 h | 13.30 h | 14.30 h) await you.

During the wild herb walk as part of the family workshop, you will discover which edible herbs grow around and near the castle and bring home a home-made culinary souvenir. (11.00 h | 13.00 h)

The short themed tour takes you back to the Baroque period to Franz Fidel Landtwing and his love of cartography and French savoir-vivre. (12.00 h | 14.00 h | 15.00 h)

The day is rounded off by the true inhabitant of the garden. In this case, however, home-made, sweet and succulent: the cinnamon bun!
