At the Hopp-la Parcours in Baar, young and old can experience exciting exercise adventures under the motto "Play along, stay fit". At the various stations from the Sternmatt play island (02a), via the Zugerwegli (02b) to the interactive water feature on Gäuggelplatz in front of the Sisters' House (02c), playful instructions for intergenerational movement can be found wrapped up in a story. The story is about the older squirrel Lucy and the young tomcat Max, who experience various adventures on their nut hunt. On the varied course, young and old can encounter and exercise together with maximum fun and enjoyment. The people of Baar played an active role in the design and implementation
The Hopp-la course promotes strength and coordination of movement (especially balance) as well as endurance. For older adults, "Training Plus" offers additional exercises to prevent falls .
