All participants choose their piece of wood - oak, walnut, cherry... - each wood also symbolizes the different characters of the employees. Afterwards, they talk to each other, define the common interfaces and the transitions between them. Communication is the prerequisite for creating a common whole. Mounted on a glass wall, a colored base plate or a rusty checker plate, the unique piece created presents itself as a work of art and is suitable as a decorative object in any meeting room or foyer.
