Prerequisite for the Fairtiq use of the guests
- App Download (Google Play, Apple Store)
- First and last name
- Date of birth deposit
- Promotion code, which is given to the guest via a kind of business card. This is provided by Zug Tourism.
- Only valid for journeys in 2nd class.
- Means of payment (credit card, Postcard, Twint or Rekacard) must be deposited so that the costs outside our cantonal border are processed via the guest and so that no misuse can occur.
- WLAN/Internet is required for check-in. After that, the GPS signal is sufficient. If necessary, check-in can take place at the hotel, provided there is a public transport stop nearby.
- All guests of participating establishments will receive a promotional code for the use of the Fairtiq app upon check-in. Below are the conditions of use:
- Digital only
- Family can run under 1 person thanks to the ride-sharing function
- Duration of use: max. 3 days (if more are required, a new code must be issued.) from 1st overnight stay
- Exclusively issued at check-in from the place of accommodation.
