When choosing our winegrowers/suppliers, we pay attention to sustainable work in the vineyard and in the wine cellar. This is symbolically described as "organic, biodynamic, demeter or vegan". However, there are also winegrowers who produce close to nature without subordinating themselves to a label. From this we have developed the idea of classifying the grape varieties into three "C" wine types:
- "classic": everyday pleasure from light to complex, fun in the glass.
- "crazy": Different from all others, courage for experiments and full of character in all respects.
- "cult": Glorious, rare and not least historical monuments of wine history.
