On the Lantern Trail on the Raten, 35 lanterns mark the way towards Gottschalkenberg. The lanterns are adorned with quotes and words of wisdom from various authors, which also encourage the walkers to pause and reflect.
Along the approximately one-kilometre section of the path towards Gottschalkenberg, an atmospheric outward and return journey through the wintry countryside is created. The lanterns are lit before dusk, except in stormy weather.From 31.12.2025 to and including 24.1.2026
