Get hands-on and experience live how a fine Bergmutschli is made from healthy Einsiedeln mountain milk. Our show cheesemaker will explain the steps involved and provide you with help and advice. Your own Bergmutschli is stored, cared for and matured in the cheese cellar. After four weeks of maturing, the Mutschli are ready for collection or despatch to an address in Switzerland.
