Sushi workshops
At Yoojis Bahnhof Zug, we want to inspire children for the fascinating world of sushi. At the sushi workshop, especially for kids, our sushi chef passes on his experience in the art of sushi
The workshop lasts two hours and is accompanied and supervised by a sushi master and Yooji's service staff. The children learn how to prepare maki, inside-out and nigiri in a playful way and also learn how important hygiene is in the preparation process. Drinks are included in the price. The finished rolls can then be tasted on site and, of course, nicely packaged to take home. At the end of the course, each child receives a personal certificate that distinguishes them as a little sushi chef.
Everyone knows it, many love it, but only a few know how to make sushi. Because the perfect roll needs to be learned and that's exactly what we show you in our sushi workshops. Grab your friends, teammates or come alone and become a pro under the guidance of our sushi masters. The course takes place from 14:00 to 16:00 at Yoojis Bahnhof Zug. The time is flexible and can be arranged with the manager depending on the size of the group and demand. During the workshop, our sushi master will teach you everything you need to know about the preparation. At the end of the course, you will have the opportunity to win either one of our popular Itamae-Chan boxes (complete sushi starter kit) or an original Japanese apron.
