The hotel-restaurant also is professional fishery; fresh fish is served daily in the "à la carte" restaurant. Of course, there are also meat and vegetarian dishes on the menu.
SEASON is very important here. In spring you will be spoiled with delicious asparagus dishes and fresh pike, in summer with crispy salads and barbecues, such as "beef fillet surf and turf", in autumn game specialties from local hunting.
