The excursion begins with a ride on the panoramic funicular up to the Zugerberg. After a 15-minute walk, you reach the Schattwäldli playground, nestled in the idyllic landscape between forest and moorland. Children can let off steam on the swings, the ropeway, in the wooden castle and in the forest, while the sausage sizzles on the barbecue. The Zugiblubbi adventure trail also leads through the playground on its treasure hunt. In winter, don't forget your sledge, as the Schattwäldli is also ideal for a winter excursion.
How to get there
- From Zug Metalli, take bus no. 603 to Zug Schönegg. From there, take the Zugerbergbahn to the Zugerberg mountain station. Then a walk of approx. 15 minutes in the direction of Buschenchappeli.
