Every Saturday and Sunday, guests can enjoy a lovingly prepared brunch buffet at the Gwürzi Bistro. From homemade butter plait and our own granola mix to egg dishes and freshly baked pancakes, the menu offers everything you need for a successful brunch.
Particular emphasis is placed on regional products that are carefully selected and processed. Hot drinks such as tea and coffee specialties are included in the offer, as is freshly squeezed orange juice, which can be prepared using a stylish vintage press.
The brunch takes place all year round on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to 2 pm. The bistro offers space for up to 35 people indoors and is ideal for relaxing hours with family or friends.
