The Gwürzi Bistro offers the perfect setting for any time of day. A hearty brunch in the morning, coffee and homemade cake for a midday treat, or an atmospheric dinner with carefully selected wines in the evening. Regular concerts add to the special atmosphere and make the bistro a lively gathering place.
The Gewürzmühle looks back on an eventful history that can be felt throughout the building. From the former cinnamon room, which is now used as a studio, to regional products with distinct origins and character. Every ingredient, every detail tells its own story. Homemade specialties, such as the freshly prepared apple strudel, symbolize the art of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
