The traditional Bären-Metzgete kicks off the festivities in the hut village. Food lovers can look forward to a selection of freshly prepared meat platter specialties. From homemade blood sausage and liver sausage to pork ribs, Schüblig, and Speck, along with traditional side dishes such as sauerkraut, dried beans, potato wedges, and apple compote, the focus is on traditional Metzgete cuisine.
The six rustic wooden huts create a cozy atmosphere and ensure an enjoyable fall evening right in the heart of Zug.
