We brew our own naturally cloudy Horseshoe beer. The unpasteurized barley juice can be enjoyed exclusively in our house by the glass. The Horseshoe beer is a refreshing, bottom-fermented pale ale - light yet full-bodied.
In typical Swiss (Ober-) style(h) with a noble aroma of Swiss Hürlimann beer yeast, with an unobtrusive hop note from our Swiss hops, super refreshing with natural carbon dioxide!
