Along the Lantern Trail on the Raten, 35 lanterns mark the path toward Gottschalkenberg. The lanterns are inscribed with quotes and words of wisdom from various authors, encouraging visitors to pause and reflect during their walk.
Along this roughly one-kilometer stretch toward Gottschalkenberg, an atmospheric round-trip walk through the winter landscape unfolds. The lanterns are lit before dark each day, except in stormy weather.
