Zugerberg - Walchwilerberg

EN

All you need is a few minutes, a road bike, and bright sunshine. This 27-kilometer loop is perfect for unwinding, recharging, or as an after-work ride.

Two gravel cyclists pedal along an asphalt road through green meadows with a few running trees towards Zugerberg. The St. Verena Chapel is in the background and Lake Zug is visible.

Right in the middle lie the Zugerberg and Walchwilerberg. Zug’s local mountains reveal their true grandeur through their diversity of plant and animal species. Not only do magnificent cherry trees thrive here, but on the Zugerberg you’ll also find one of the moorland landscapes of national significance. On the shores of Lake Zug, you’ll find your spot in the sun in small coves and terraces with a Mediterranean flair where you can relax.
